1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Butter, Softened
3 Tablespoons Molasses
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons ?Milk or Water
3 1\4 Flour
2 tspn Baking Soda
2 tspn Cinnamon
1 1/2 tspn Ginger
1/2 tspn Salt
1/2 tspn Cardamon
1/2 tspn Cloves
1/2 Cup Sugar
350 degree 9-11min
Large bowl: sugar, butter & molasses. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add egg & water, blend.
Flour mixture, add to wet mixture.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
10 dozen.
