2 Herbed bread recipe plus 1 plain bread recipe.
Cut into cubes. Dry in oven
2 1/4 Cup Bread Flour1 Package Dry Yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon)
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon Basil
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Warm Water (110-120 degree)
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Take Yeast, Sugar and Warm Water, mix and set for 5min until bubble form.
2. Add flour and herbs. Knead. Oil glass bowl, let poof.
3. Rub oil on top. Let rise and bake 350 for 45 minutes.
Dice Celery, Onion, Carrots. Carmelize in fry pan. add salt and little butter. Mix with dried bread. Add 3 Eggs. Mix and Add Turkey stock! 6Cups.
